Hurry and Vote for Tolkien Moot 2010 Schedule

We are considering moving TolkienMoot to a different weekend than previously. In the past it was the last weekend of July. But we are looking at other (and hopefully better) alternatives. Please quickly make your vote from the poll on which weekends you would most likely attend. Notice the dates with asterisks, those are preferred/recommended weekends. Also note the weekends that conflict with other known events.

From news posting here:

http://www.tolkienmoot.org/Members/hawke/hurry-and-vote-for-tolkien-moot-2010-schedule

We have a location in Spokane, Washington, USA confirmed, at the "East
West Fitness World & Kung Fu For Life" building on Maxwell and Monroe
near downtown Spokane. Now we need to firm up the schedule.

You may select up to 5 weekend ranges. The convention typically ranges
from Friday 5:00 pm through Sunday night, with sometimes some extra time
on Monday for the more "hard core" participants that can stick around.

Please look at this poll:
http://www.tolkienmoot.org/which-weekend-preferred
And select from 1 and up to 5 weekends you would be able to attend.
Please hurry, we will be making a firm decision on the schedule in a few
days.

Registration forms will be posted once we have solidified the date.

Namarie!

=============
"I would draw some of the great tales in fullness,
and leave many only placed in the scheme, and sketched.
The cycles should be linked to a majestic whole,
and yet leave scope for other minds and hands,
wielding paint and music and drama..."
- John Ronald Reuel Tolkien, from a letter written to Milton Waldman,
ca. 1951
